Business Lesson #19 -- Market validation is paramount!

If you find yourself or your team assuming, guessing, or wondering what the market cares about.  Stop doing that.  Find out!   Do the primary and secondary research to KNOW what they care about.   Sitting around arguing about what a market wants- or cares- about without knowing is a waste of time.  Validate your assumptions with the market that you are trying to serve.
