Business Lesson #20 -- Stay focused!

A young company never has enough resources and time to make one business strategy successful, let alone more than one.  It is very important to know what business you are in and then focus on it, and only it, until you learn it is time to tweak your strategy. Then swiftly do so, and get focused again.
