Business Lesson #16 -- Do your job as a CEO!

Boards hire and fire CEOs.  CEOs hire and fire the executive staff.  As a CEO, if you are doing the work of one of your executives, than you are not doing your job – which is finding someone who can do the job you need to have done.  If this continues, than the board will find a new CEO.
