Business Lesson #15 -- People have to fit and thrive!
It’s critical that there is an explicit expression of your corporate culture. With that, if people are not fitting into the corporate culture and/or creating lots of unrest with the others, you have to remove them quickly. They are like a disease that spreads quickly. You have to stop it or it will destroy the company. Especially for young businesses, they can not tolerate distractions like this.
