Pick your business partners carefully, whether founders, partners, business owners, or other executives.  These relationships are like a marriage, they can be very hard to unwind.  If you pick the wrong partners, you will regret it for a long time.  It is critical that you are clear about your values and beliefs and the people you partner with share a similar belief system. With any team, it is only as strong as the weakest link.
