Business Lesson #6 -- Share the culture of your company!

Explicitly communicate your cultural values & beliefs.  Those that do, run much higher performing businesses.  But sharing your values & beliefs is not enough.   To ensure they do not become platitudes, re-enforce them with your actions.  This helps people understand how they fit and thrive within the business.  And it also gives everyone an understanding of what kind of people to recruit and retain.
