Business Lesson #2 -- Be decisive and agile!

Be decisive, make decisions.  The bet in business is that you surround yourself with wicked smart people that 80% of the time make the right decisions.   And the 20% of the time when they don’t, it’s not likely going to be so off that it is going to kill the company, so quickly course correct.   There is nothing worse than not making decisions, except for making them and not acting on them.  #bedecisive #agile #bfabbio
