High performing businesses are not run by continual consensus.  You will never get enough done.  It requires a strong, decisive leader who knows how to take in input, process it swiftly, make hard decisions, and communicate the rational for the decisions to the team. And then, get out of the way — so the team can execute and you “inspect the expected”.
